Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy - Evaluation

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive, one-on-one assessment designed to better understand your symptoms, concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. Your session may include education, movement and strength assessment, breathing and core evaluation, and, when appropriate and with your consent, a pelvic floor assessment. Together, we will develop an individualized plan to help you work toward your goals.
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy - Follow up
$149
Follow-up sessions build upon your initial evaluation and individualized plan of care. These appointments may include reassessment, hands-on treatment when appropriate, exercise progression, education, and guidance to help you continue making progress toward your goals. Each session is tailored to your current symptoms, progress, and needs.
